Biography

With over 8 years of experience in legal practice, corporate advising, and nonprofit legal oversight, Chuck leads with a results-driven approach grounded in clarity, precision, and global perspective.

Licensed to practice law in California, Chuck advises entrepreneurs, companies, nonprofits, and professionals on a wide range of matters, including transactional law, corporate structuring, investment strategy, contract negotiation, and U.S. immigration services. His strength lies in navigating complex legal frameworks while aligning every decision with the client’s long-term goals.

Chuck earned his LL.M. in Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, and an LL.M. in Business Law from the Lebanese American University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, with research focused on legal innovation, governance, and international policy reform.

Beyond his client work, Chuck Mansour serves in board and legal advisory roles for a range of nonprofit organizations and corporate entities in Lebanon, the United States, and the Republic of Georgia. His leadership spans nonprofit governance, compliance oversight, and strategic expansion across jurisdictions.

He also plays a key role in public policy and advocacy as:
